It is a spicy soup with a tangy and yummy taste to it.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For the vegetable stalk:
  2. 2 tomato
  3. 1 onion
  4. 1 potato
  5. 1 carrot
  6. 1 Cup cabbage
  7. 4 cup water
  8. For the soup
  9. 2 tbsp Chopped Garlic
  10. 1 1/2 tbsp Chopped Ginger
  11. 3 tbsp Chopped spring onions
  12. 2 tbsp Chopped cabbage
  13. 1 tbsp Grated carrot
  14. 2 tbsp Soya sauce
  15. 2 tbsp chilli sauce
  16. 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  17. 1 tbsp Vinegar
  18. 2 tbsp Corn flour
  19. 1 tbsp Butter or Oil
  20. About 1/2 cup Fried Noodles (American Choupsey)

Instructions

  1. Take all vegetables for stalk wash and cut small.Add to 4 cup of water and cook till 4-5 whistles.
  2. After the cooker cools down open the lid and using a Hand blender and blend these vegetables.
  3. Now drain in off in a colander and now your vegetable stalk is ready.
  4. Now take a non stick pot and add 1 tbsp oil or butter.Heat it till medium hot and 2 tbsp Chopped Garlic,2 tbsp Chopped Ginger,3 tbsp Chopped Spring onions and stir it well.
  5. Now add chopped cabbage and grated carrot and keep some spring onions aside for garnishing.Stir fry this and then add the vegetable stalk into this.
  6. Once it starts boiling,add 2 tbsp Soya Sauce,2 tbsp chilli sauce,2 tbsp Tomato sauce and then add corn flour which has been dissolved in water,add vinegar and cook for 10-15 minutes for consistency of soup.
  7. Add salt according to your taste.Garnish with Spring onions,fried noodles (you may put some inside).
  8. Now it's ready!Serve it hot
