  1. ALL PURPOSE FLOUR (MAIDA )1.5 CUPS
  2. SALT TO TASTE
  3. OREGANA AS PER YUR TASTE
  4. CHILLI FLAKES 2 TABLESPOONS
  5. MELTED BUTTER
  6. GARLIC POWDER HALF TEASPOON
  7. GARLIC PASTE 1 TEASPOON
  8. BAKING POWDER 1 TASPOON
  9. BAKING POWDER 1 TEASPOON
  10. SUGAR HALF TEASPOON
  11. CURD 3 TABLESPOONS
  12. WATER 3 TABLESPOONS TO KNEAD THE DOUGH
  13. OIL 1 TABLESPOON
  14. GREATED CHEESE 2 TABLESPOONS
  15. BOILED CORN 2 TABLESPOONS

Instructions

  1. TAKE A BOWL ADD MAIDA, SUGAR, SALT, CHILLI FLAKES, OREGANO, CURD, OIL AND KNEAD A DOUGH ..(KEEP IN MIND IF THE DOUGH IS STICKY THE BREAD WOULD BE TASTY SO DONT WORRY IF IT GETS STICKY ).REST THE DOUGH FOR 15-20 MINUTES
  2. TAKE A BOWL.ADD MELTED BUTTER, GARLIC,GARLIC,POWDER,SOME FRESH CORIANDER AND MIX WELL .YOUR BUTTER MIXTURE IS READY
  3. TAKE THE DOUGH OUT AND KNEAD IT FOR 5 MORE MINUTES
  4. THEN ROLL A 4 INCH CIRCLE OUT OF IT THEN SPREAD THE BUTTER MIXTURE OVER IT .TOP IT WITH CHEESE, CORN, CHIILI FLAKES, OREGANO AND CLOSE IT USING SOME DROPS OF WATER
  5. AFTER CLOSING SPREAD OVER THE REMAINING BUTTER SPREAD AND SPRINKLE SOME OREGANO OVER IT MARK SOME CUTS OVER THE BREAD SO THAT IT BECOMES EASY TO CUT AFTER IT IS BAKED
  6. THEN SET UP THE HOME MADE OVEN FOR THAT, TAKE A PRESSURE COOKER ADD SALT ALL OVER THEN PLACE A LID OVER IT CLOE THE PRESSURE COOKER WITHOUT WHISTLE AND PRE HEAT FOR 10 MINUTES
  7. AFTER 10 MINUTES OPEN THE COOKER PLACE THE BREAD OVER IT AND COOK OR 35 MINUTES
  8. IF USING A MICROWAVE THEN BAKE IT FOR 35 MINUTES ON CONVECTION MODE
  9. ONCE COOKED SERVE HOT WITH CHEESE MAYO DIP
