Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Seeraga samba rice - one Kg
  2. Mutton One Kg
  3. Mutton minced 300 gms
  4. Saffron-4 pinch
  5. coriander seeds ground paste -6 Tbsps
  6. Red chilly ground paste 4 tbsps
  7. mint - 1 bunch
  8. coriander leaves-1 bunch
  9. Curry leaves -1 bunch
  10. turmeric powder 4 Tbsps
  11. Nuts powder 6 Tbsps
  12. Small onions-1/2 Kg
  13. Garam masala Powder-4 Tbsps
  14. ginger Garlic Green chilies paste-4 Tbsps
  15. Whole Garam masala - 4 Tbsps
  16. Bay leaves-4
  17. coconut milk -2 Cups
  18. coconut ground paste - 1/2 Cup
  19. Green chilies 9
  20. Raw rice- 300 gms
  21. Tur dal-100 gms
  22. Tamarind- goose berry size
  23. Lemon-2
  24. wheat flour 1/2 Kg
  25. Oil- 1/2 liter
  26. Ghee- 1/4 Cup
  27. idly batter 1 bowl
  28. SAMBAR Powder 2 Tbsps
  29. Curd-4 Cups

Instructions

  1. Soak seeraga samba rice for biriyani
  2. cook mutton with ginger garlic green chilies paste (it should be half cooked)
  3. In a vessel add Ghee and oil
  4. Add Whole Garam Masala and bay leaves
  5. Sauté and add ginger garlic green chilies paste
  6. sauté well
  7. add Garam Masala Powder,turmeric powder 2 Tbsps coriander seeds paste,2 Tbsps red chilies paste and sauté
  8. add soaked rice
  9. add half cooked mutton and hot water
  10. add salt to taste
  11. close the vessel and cook till it is done !
  12. add chopped mint leaves,coriander leaves,saffron soaked milk and mix well !
  13. Add fried nuts ! Biriyani is ready !
  14. For meat balls take all these ingredients with minced meat and mix well !
  15. make balls and cook over medium heat !
  16. Meat balls are ready !
  17. Cook the white rice !
  18. Take idly batter,pour in the in the idly moulds and steam !
  19. IDLIES are ready !
  20. Make wheat flour dough and roll puries !
  21. Fry in the hot oil !
  22. Fry the puries over medium heat !
  23. Sauté chopped onions,ginger garlic green chilies paste,garam Masala,coriander seeds paste and turmeric !
  24. add mutton and cook to the gravy consistency !
  25. Sauté coriander seeds,red chilies,Bengal gram dal,methi seeds,hing Jeera and make fresh SAMBAR Powder !
  26. cook ture dal !
  27. sauté onions,SAMBAR Powder,turmeric,chopped tomatos,curry and coriander leaves !
  28. Mix well and cook sambar !
  29. SAMBAR is ready !
  30. Sauté tomato paste,Rasam powder,coriander leaves,curry leaves and tamarind water .
  31. Add salt and cooked thur dal water ! Rasam is ready !
  32. Arrange all !Your Party Platter is ready !
