Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. All purpose flour 2 cups
  2. Spinach 2 bunches
  3. Green chillies 4
  4. Noodles 100 grams
  5. Sweet corn 100 grams
  6. Tomato sauce for garnish
  7. Oil for deep fry

Instructions

  1. Blanch spinach leaves in hot water and transfer it into cold water.
  2. Transfer it into a mixer jar, add green chillies and make a paste.
  3. Take a bowl, add all purpose flour, spinach paste, 2 spoons hot oil, salt as required and knead it.
  4. Take out a small portion and roll it into a poori.
  5. If you have any tart moulds readily available,you can use them or else take a small steel bowl of desired size, grease it on the backside and use this as a mould to shape the tart.
  6. Deep fry the tarts on medium heat until the mould separates from the tart.
  7. Deep fry till it gets brown in color.
  8. For filling the tarts, boil water in a bowl and add noodles and sweet corn. Add the noodles masala,coriander leaves and spinach leaves.
  9. Cook for 10 minutes and fill it in the tarts. Garnish with tomato sauce.
