Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Aata /wheat flour : 1 cup
  2. Suji : 4 table spoons
  3. Ghee : 4 table spoons
  4. Salt : 1 tea spoon
  5. Aajwain : 1/2 tea spoon
  6. Black Jeera : 1/2 tea spoon
  7. Haldi powder : 1/2 tea spoon
  8. Oil : 2 cup for frying the cookies

Instructions

  1. First of all take a boul pour aata /wheat flour, suji, salt, black Jeera, Aajwain, haldi powder, ghee then with little amount of water make dough.
  2. Then make roti shape, and cut four corner, to make square shape.
  3. Then this square is cut at the middle to make two long strip.
  4. Take first strip and fold it. Then with the help of knife cut into semi long strip and with the help of water paste opposite side together, then paste of all side at one point.
  5. So, mor pankh is ready. Then take a kadhai put oil here, then insert this mor pankh cookies, and at the medium level of gas flame fry all one by one.
  6. Then keep out all cookies and serve with green coriander chutney.
