Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Dosa batter - 2 cups
  2. Tomatoes-2
  3. Ginger and garlic paste-2 spoons
  4. Red chili powder -1 spoon
  5. Gram flour-2 spoons
  6. Oil - for frying

Instructions

  1. Grind tomatoes, ginger and garlic paste, gram flour and red chili powder in a blender.
  2. Once it is done mix tomato paste with batter.
  3. Stir well and make dosas by adding oil.
  4. Flip and Fry both sides till golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with chutney
