  2. Moong daal dhuli 1/2 cup
  3. Semolina 2 tspn
  4. Salt 1/2 tspn to taste
  5. Black pepper 1/4 tspn
  6. Green chilly 1 chopped
  7. Ginger 1 inch
  8. Ingredients for stuffing...
  9. Pasta 1cup
  10. Garlic cloves 7
  11. Onion 1 chopped
  12. Tomatoes 3 chopped
  13. Red capsicum 3 tspn chopped
  14. Green capsicum 3 tspn chopped
  15. Carrot 2 tspn chopped
  16. Beans 3 tspn chopped
  17. Pasta sauce 2 tspn
  18. Oil 2 tbspn
  19. Mixed herbs
  20. Chilly flackes
  21. Oregano
  22. Salt to taste
  23. Black pepper to taste
  24. Paneer 2 tspn grated
  25. Pizza Cheese 3 tspn grated
  26. Fresh coriander leaves
  27. Oil for greasing tawa
  28. Pomegranate seeds for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak the moong dal for 2 hours.
  2. Stuffing method --
  3. Boil the pasta adding 3 cups of water , 1 tspn oil, a pinch salt . Boil for 10 to 12 minutes or till become soft . Then strain and wash with running water and keep aside .
  4. Heat oil pan put mashed chopped garlic saute it then add onions and cook till transparent . Then add carrots and tomatoes add salt cook till leave the oil .
  5. Now add all other veggies and saute for a minute . Then add pasta sauce and mix .
  6. Add add boiled pasta, mixed herbs , black pepper and mix well .
  7. Now off the gass and add paneer , cheese and coriander and mix well . Stuffing is ready Keep aside
  8. Method for crepes --
  9. Grind soaked moong dal along with green chilly and ginger. And mix salt and black pepper powder. Make fine paste .
  10. Whisk with spoon for 5 minutes and make smooth batter by adding some water to make crepes.
  11. Fill the moong dal batter into a sauce dispenser.
  12. 2. Make net on hot greased twa with sauce dispenser . Cook from both sides . Then put the stuffing in center like dosa fold it.
  13. Set pomegranate seeds in the net boxes of crepes .
  14. Ready to eat. Serve with any sauce
