Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1cupRice flour
  2. salt as per taste
  3. A pinch Fulkhar
  4. 1 table spoon Sabudana flour
  5. 1tsp Cumin seeds
  6. 2 crushed Chillies
  7. 3cup water

Instructions

  1. 1. Mix all the dry ingredients. 2.grind chillies and cumin. Mix it with flour mix 3. Add water, batter should be in flowing consistency. 4.heat the batter and keep stirring to avoid lumps. 5. Let it cool down but not completely. 6.now in cloth(tericot or suti) drop its small portions with the help of fingers. 7.now keep it in sunlight for 3-5 days. 8.after one or two days sunlight (as per sunlight it requires high heat i.e sunlight to dry) than turn the cloth sprinkle water in it than from front side pickup the karoli and then dry for 2-4day in sunlight 9. Once it is completely dry deep fry it. 10. Keep in air tight jar and use as per requirement.
