Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Amarnath leaves...1 bunch
  2. Potatoes, peeled and chopped ..1 cup
  3. Salt and green chillies to taste
  4. Garlic....2 or 3 pods
  5. Ginger....1" piece
  6. Oil or desi ghee ..1 tea spoon
  7. Garam masala ..1 tea spoon
  8. Turmeric powder....1/4 tea spoon

Instructions

  1. Clean Amaranth leaves, wash it and chop it very finely
  2. In a woke heat ghee, add salt and all the masalas
  3. Add potato and Amaranth leaves and cook covered until done on very low flame
  4. Add ghee on the top while serving (optional)
