Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Maida- 1 cup
  2. Powdered Sugar-1/2 cup
  3. Baking Powder-1/2 Tablespoon
  4. Baking Soda-1/4 tablespoon
  5. Condensed Milk-1/2 Cup
  6. Butter-30 gram
  7. Coffee Powder-1 Spoon
  8. Cocoa Powder-1/2 Spoon
  9. Milk-1/2 cup
  10. Vannila Essence-1 Spoon
  11. Vannila Ice Cream-2 Scoop

Instructions

  1. Take a mixing bowl and add the butter,sugar powder,condensed milk. Beat the mixture to 3 minutes.
  2. Take the coffee powder and add some hot water and make it to a flowing consistency.
  3. Add that to the mixture. Add maidha,baking powder,baking soda,cocoa powder and beat the mixture to 5 minutes
  4. Add required amount of milk to make that mixture to a batter consistency. Add vannila essence and give a beat.
  5. Baking procedure:
  6. *Pressure cooker baking* Take a pressure cooker add add a level of salt or mud Put a stand and preheat it for 10 minutes
  7. Take a vessel of your desired shape (ALUMINIUM VESSEL) apply a coating of butter over the sides and place a butter paper on the base. Pour the prepared batter and place it on the stand
  8. No need to put whistle or gasket.close it . Sim the stove for 40 minutes. Open the lid and take the vessel out and cool it for 5 minutes.
  9. Frosting preparation:
  10. Take a whisking cream and add water to it and whisk it for 20 minutes and add vannila essence to it.place it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  11. Spread it all over the cake.add some vannila ice cream to it and choco strings
  12. Serve it chill
