This is very tasty and spicy sabzi.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 sponge gaurd
  2. 2 potatoes
  3. 1 tomato
  4. 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  5. 1 onion
  6. 2 green chilli
  7. 1/2 tbsp cumin pd
  8. 1/2 tbsp coriander pd
  9. 1/2 tbsp termuric pd
  10. salt to taste
  11. 1/2 tbsp panch foran
  12. 2 tbsp oil


  1. Wash and cut veggies. Now heat a kadai add oil then add panch foran after crackle add chopped onion.
  2. When it turns golden colour add potatoes ,salt, termuric pd and cook 5 minutes.
  3. Now add chopped sponge gaurd and add chopped tomatoes and cook until it becomes soft.
  4. Now add cumin pd, coriander pd, add little water(1/2 cup) . And cook in medium flame.
  5. After 5 minutes check if cooked then garnish with coriander leafs.
  6. Masaledar turai aalu sabzi is ready to serve.
