ABOUT Saffron Mousse RECIPE

An Indianised light dessert.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Paneer - 1/2 cup
  2. Milk - 1/2 cup
  3. Saffron - few strands
  4. Whipped cream - 1 cup
  5. Yellow color - few drops
  6. Chocolate - 1/2 cup
  7. Amul cream - 1/ cup

Instructions

  1. 1.	Boil milk & soak saffron in it.
  2. 2.	Grind the paneer well in a mixer to a smooth paste and add milk to it.
  3. 3.	To this mixture add whipped cream and yellow color.
  4. 4.	Fill half into serving glasses, pour a layer of chocolate ganache and fill with remaining mousse, decorate with strands of saffron.
  5. 5.	Serve chilled.
