Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Whole garam masala-
  2. Bay leaf. 3
  3. Elaichi powder. 1/2 tsp
  4. Coriander powder. 1 tbsp
  5. Jeera Powder. 2tbsp
  6. Ginger paste- a little
  7. Yellow powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Paparika powder 1tbsp
  9. Vinegar
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Jaggery
  12. Cumin seeds 1tbsp

Instructions

  1. Marination-
  2. Add chicken in a bowl add elaichi powder and vinegar mix well.
  3. Heat oil in a kadhai add whole garam masala bay leaf cumin seeds. Curry leaves red kashmiri chilly add all powders as told in ingredient list add chicken add 1/2tsp corn flour, jaggery, salt, add water. Mix well till you get thick gravy cook for 30 min before serving garnish with coriander leaves.
